These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreativeFlow application and its TikTok integration (the "Service"), operated by CreativeFlow / Feyloris ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, or by connecting your TikTok account through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
CreativeFlow provides an application that integrates with TikTok to authenticate a TikTok user and identify the connected account. The Service allows you to securely connect your TikTok account so that your basic profile information can be confirmed within the application.
The Service uses TikTok Login Kit and the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow to connect your account. When you connect, TikTok presents a consent screen describing the permissions (scopes) being requested. The Service only receives access to the information you explicitly authorize. Authentication is performed by TikTok, and we never receive your TikTok password.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and in no case under 13, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you have the authority to connect the TikTok account you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your connected account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with TikTok's own terms and policies.
You may connect your TikTok account through the Service at any time, and you may disconnect or revoke access at any time. To revoke access, open your TikTok account settings, go to the "Security and permissions" or "Manage app permissions" section, and remove CreativeFlow. Revoking access stops the Service from accessing your TikTok information going forward.
You may use the Service only for its intended purpose of authenticating and identifying your own connected TikTok account, and only in a lawful manner consistent with these Terms.
You agree not to: (1) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; (2) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' data; (3) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (4) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; or (5) use the Service to violate TikTok's terms, policies, or the rights of any third party.
The Service relies on TikTok and other third-party services that are outside our control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of TikTok or any third-party service. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. CreativeFlow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and other materials we provide, is owned by CreativeFlow / Feyloris or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. All trademarks, including "TikTok," are the property of their respective owners.
You retain all ownership of your TikTok account and any content associated with it. The Service does not claim ownership of your TikTok content. We do not post, upload, modify, or delete any TikTok content on your behalf unless you explicitly authorize a specific action through the app. You remain solely responsible for your TikTok account and content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreativeFlow / Feyloris will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreativeFlow / Feyloris and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including TikTok.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's place of business, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
