This Privacy Policy explains how CreativeFlow (also referred to as "Feyloris," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the CreativeFlow application and connect your TikTok account through it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by CreativeFlow / Feyloris. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

CreativeFlow uses TikTok Login Kit and the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow to let you securely connect your TikTok account. When you choose to connect, TikTok presents a consent screen that lists the permissions (scopes) being requested. We only receive access to information that you explicitly authorize during that consent step. We never receive your TikTok password, and authentication is handled entirely by TikTok's own systems.
Under the scopes you grant, the Service may receive basic public profile
information through the user.info.basic scope. This typically
includes your TikTok display name, your unique account identifier (open ID),
and your avatar image. We only access the data covered by the scopes you have
approved, and only for the purposes described in this policy.
To keep your account connected, the Service may store OAuth authentication tokens (such as access tokens and refresh tokens) and connected account identifiers associated with your TikTok account. When stored, these tokens are kept securely and are used solely to maintain your authenticated session and to identify the connected account. Tokens are never shared with third parties and are never used to perform actions beyond what you have authorized.
We do not collect your TikTok password. We do not collect private messages, direct messages, or private content. We do not collect your followers list, analytics, advertising data, or any information outside the scopes you have explicitly granted. We do not use cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or web analytics tools to profile you on this site.
We use the limited information described above only to: (1) authenticate you and confirm the identity of the connected TikTok account; (2) display your basic profile information within the Service so you can confirm the correct account is connected; and (3) maintain your authenticated session. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Our processing of your TikTok data is based on the consent you provide through the TikTok consent screen at the time you connect your account. Where applicable law requires it, consent is our legal basis for processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by disconnecting your account or revoking access, as described below.
Any authentication tokens and connected account identifiers we store are retained only for as long as your account remains connected and for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When you disconnect your account or revoke access, the associated tokens and identifiers are deleted from active storage. We do not retain your TikTok data longer than needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law.
You can revoke the Service's access to your TikTok account at any time by visiting your TikTok account settings, opening the "Security and permissions" or "Manage app permissions" section, and removing CreativeFlow. You may also request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing privacy@feyloris.com. Upon a valid request, we will delete the stored tokens and connected account identifiers associated with your account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@feyloris.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
The Service integrates with TikTok through TikTok Login Kit. When you connect your account, your interaction with TikTok is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review TikTok's privacy policy to understand how TikTok processes your information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of TikTok or any other third-party service.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we handle, including secure handling of authentication tokens and restricted access to stored identifiers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure that it remains protected in accordance with this policy and applicable data protection laws.
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by applicable law (and in no case under 13). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not post, upload, modify, or delete any TikTok content on your behalf unless you explicitly authorize a specific action through the app. Authentication through TikTok Login Kit is used to identify the connected account and does not grant us the ability to act on your content without your explicit authorization.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
